  1. What should I do if I have not checked my RAC for accuracy, but I find an error during the EQA/Moderator's visit?
    • Contact our Centre Support Team by email on cst@oneawards.org.uk or by telephone on 0330 555 1233.  Please note we may not be able to deal with problems instantly, so you should always check your RAC for errors prior to the External Quality Assurer/Moderator's visit.

  2. Who is my External Quality Assurer or AHE Moderator?
    • You can find out the name of your External Quality Assurer or AHE Moderator by running the Centre Recognition Contact Report on Quartzweb, or you can contact our Centre Support Team by email on cst@oneawards.org.uk or by telephone on 0330 555 1233.

  3. Where will my certificates be sent?
    • The certificates will be sent to the named Certification Contact within your Centre, who should check them before posting to learners promptly.   4. What do I do if the certificates are incorrect?
    • Contact our Centre Support Team by email on cst@oneawards.org.uk or by telephone on 0330 555 1233.

  5. My certificates have not arrived - what do I do?
    • Contact our Centre Support Team by email on cst@oneawards.org.uk or by telephone on 0330 555 1233. You will need to have the Run ID and learner information available.

  6. How do I obtain a replacement certificate, or a duplicate, or amended certificate?
  7. What paperwork do I need in order to claim certificates for my learners?
    • You will need to complete and upload your Recommendation for the Award of Credit (RAC) form, which is available from Quartzweb.
