Testimonials for Principles and Practice of End Point Assessment course

“As a practicing EPA this course was huge benefit in teaching me about the policies and procedures that need to be both followed and considered when out in the field. Completing the course was a great opportunity to network with other professionals and exchange experiences. Doing the work for the qualification was thought provoking and allowed me to research the excellent range of resources provided”.

“I felt the course was very worthwhile and interesting, it was especially interesting as there were people at different stages in their EPA development and their contribution made it very interesting. I believe this will make me more valuable to my employer and helps me better support my the apprentices that I am supporting through their standard apprenticeship”.

‘I have been an assessor for 18 years, an IV/IQA for 15 years, and didn’t think I had much to learn from a EPA course. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The approach and methodology is very different, and the implications of bad practice are huge. This is a well-structured, insightful programme and I would recommend it to anyone thinking of taking the step into End Point Assessing’.
