This one day course will enable the learner to identify and understand the use of a range of tools and technologies which facilitates smarter working. The unit will also enable learners to gain practical skills via the selection of appropriate resources and by using them effectively.

They will learn practical solutions to save time and resource when preparing and carrying out daily work activities, utilising tool and technologies for smarter working.

What the course involves:

The course is delivered as a 1-day remote workshop, after which there will be a series of assignments that will be submit electronically up to 10 working days after your training event.

This accredited unit is assessed by the following method:

The Unit consists of knowledge and skills assessments. The knowledge is assessed by the completion of an assignment, delegates will demonstrate skills throughout a variety of simulated activities which are observed during the 1-day workshop and where required a professional discussion can be used to further support submitted evidence.
